Hsiu Jung “Amy” Wu, BSc, MBA, CPA (ND), CGA

Hsiu Jung “Amy” Wu, BSc, MBA, CPA (ND), CGA, is the Founder and Executive Director of the firm and is a Certified General Accountant in Canada (British Columbia) with over 16 years of accounting, finance & management experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale majoring in finance and completed her Master in Business Administration at Temple University. She is also a member of the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountant (CPA (ND)). 

Prior to founding the firm, her experience included working in management & financial accounting, budgeting, analysis, and ERP for a large, global US multinational (Fortune 500), logistics, post-secondary educational institution, and private companies. She has working knowledge of Canadian and US GAAP, audit, advisory, internal control procedures (accounting and IT), management information systems; budgetary, accounting and reporting systems.
 
Her key consulting areas are in accounting, taxation, and internal control. She is a member of the following professional associations:
