Horn of Africa Drought Crisis Challenge

The Horn of Africa is experiencing the most severe food crisis cause by the worst drought conditions in 60 years. An estimated 12.5 million people are facing extreme starvation and malnutrition in Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya, along with parts of Uganda, Eritrea and Djibouti. It's so bad that aid workers have dubbed this region "The Triangle of Death."

As CGA members, we can make a difference.

HJ Wu & Company, CGA would like to challenge each and every CGA member and student to meet or beat our donation of $50 towards this disaster with the goal of raising at least $500,000. The Government of Canada will generously match the donations of individual Canadians until September 16, 2011.

I urge my fellow members to donate right now to the Horn of Africa Hunger crisis and help rush food, water, necessities and other critical assistance to families struggling to survive.
